摘 要：近年来，智能网络发展迅速。智能网络车辆测试场的建设与部署是智能网络车辆测试场建设的关键任务之一。本文结合我国典型的智能网车辆测试场，提出了加强测试示范区整体协调、加快标准制定、促进测试结果的相互认可和数据共享等措施和建议，并从站点建设、基础设施、测试能力、服务支撑等方面构建互通流通信机制。

Status Quo Analysis and Development Suggestions of Intelligent Connected Vehicle Test Site

Abstract：In recent years， intelligent networks have developed rapidly. The construction and deployment of the intelligent network vehicle test field is one of the key tasks in the construction of the intelligent network vehicle test field. Based on the typical intelligent network vehicle test field in China， this article puts forward measures and suggestions to strengthen the overall coordination of the test demonstration area， speed up the development of standards， and promote the mutual recognition of test results and data sharing， so as to support to build an intercommunication flow communication mechanism.

近年来，我国测试示范区建设取得初步成效，测试体系逐步形成，有关中央和地方相继出台了道路测试管理规范和实施细则，在项目配套方面营造了良好的生态环境，测试示范区建设与应用。本文将探讨测试示范区的发展趋势，分析存在的问题和挑战，在工業和信息化部同时支持建设10个国家级智能联网汽车测试示范区的基础上，指导现有测试示范区的改造升级和新测试示范区的规划建设，为主管部门提供决策支持，为行业发展方向提供参考。

1 智能网联汽车测试场现状分析

为加快智能网络化汽车技术和产业发展，提供良好的测试场环境和条件，工业和信息化部支持北京市建设了10个智能网络化汽车测试示范区，上海和重庆自2015年开始。在智能互联车辆技术的发展和应用实践中，道路测试是不可忽视的一部分内容，而要进行自动驾驶车辆的道路测试，重要前提是进行封闭式现场测试。近年来，我国为了推动智能互联车辆技术的发展，积极的进行汽车测试示范区的建设和运行。……
