摘 要：随着人们生活水平的不断提高，对车辆产品的质量要求越来越严格。安全是评价车辆的最重要因素之一。现如今，保安防灾与车辆安全息息相关，是车辆最基本的质量保证。针对保安防灾发生的任何问题都要仔细、认真对应，确保市场问题零流入。在我们日常工作中如何有效开展？本文就保安防灾理念进行阐述，希望大家对保安防灾有新的认识。

Abstract：With the continuous improvement of people's living standards， the quality requirements of vehicle products are becoming more and more strict. Safety is one of the most important factors to evaluate vehicles. Nowadays， security and disaster prevention are closely related to vehicle safety， which is the most basic quality assurance of vehicles. Any problems in security and disaster prevention should be carefully and seriously dealt with to ensure zero inflow of market problems. How to effectively carry out disaster prevention in our daily work？ This paper expounds the concept of security and disaster prevention， hoping that everyone has a new understanding of security and disaster prevention.

1 引言

保安防灾关注车辆自燃、不能制动、不能转向、不能行驶等重大问题，以及影响汽车抛锚、行驶等基本性能，事前应进行问题规避，以达到安心驾乘车辆的目的。那么保安防灾评价主要是解决预防车辆自燃安全事故。

在日常工作中需要如何开展保安防灾工作？杜绝车辆安全故障的发生？

2 保安防灾定义

保安防灾就是保证安全，防止车辆灾害事故的发生。现在从保、安、防、灾四个方面进行简要阐述。

保：了解并識别保安防灾事项，从设计层面考虑，对问题进行规避;

安：重点考虑主动安全、被动安全、装配安全、使用安全及维修安全;

防：防止设计、零部件、物流、制造、销售全过程的产品缺陷，确保安全;

灾：造成车辆抛锚、人员伤害、车辆自燃、车毁人亡、经济损失的灾难;

通过了解发生的历史问题，对故障问题进行解析，清楚问题发生的根本原因，从本质上解决问题，彻底杜绝问题的复发。

保安防灾与车辆安全息息相关，是车辆最基本的质量保证。长期提升设计规范，建立BA（Business  Analytics商业分析）数据库，完善设计规范和标准，确保车辆的功能正常，有效避免市场问题零流入。……
