摘 要：近年来，国内汽车行业持续向好发展，涌现出一批具有国际竞争力的知名企业，汽车设计、制造技术逐步提升，整车精致感知要求也更加严格。为了给用户提供一个安静、舒适的乘车环境，就需要改善甚至消除整车异振异响问题。本文以改善某车型后背门异响问题为例，总结概述后背门在路试检验中遇到的各类问题及具体解决思路和方法。

Overview of Abnormal Noise in the Rear Door of Passenger Car

Abstract： In recent years， the domestic automobile industry has continued to develop， and a number of well-known companies with international competitiveness have emerged. Automobile design and manufacturing technology has gradually improved， and the requirements for refined perception of the entire vehicle have become more stringent. In order to provide users with a quiet and comfortable riding environment， it is necessary to improve or even eliminate the abnormal vibration and noise of the entire vehicle. This article takes the improvement of the abnormal sound problem of the back door of  models as an example， summarizes the various problems encountered in the road test of the back door and the specific solutions and methods.

1 引言

后背门是整车重要的开闭件之一，包括背门钣金、背门密封条、背门锁总成、背门玻璃总成、背门缓冲块、背门左右气弹簧总成、背门线束总成、背门下饰板总成、背门左上内饰板总成、背门右上内饰板总成、背门中上内饰板总成。零部件设计开发过程中，由于不能充分识别配合关系，导致整车路试过程中后背门异响问题频发。本文结合多款车型后背门异响问题，重点阐述后背门异响的常见种类和解决方法，希望能给产品前期开发提供一些参考。

2 后背门系统简介

后背门系统由三大部分组成，包括后背门总成、后组合灯总成以及背门内装饰板总成。其中，后背门总成采用金属材料，保证结构强度的同时承载着后组合灯及内饰板总成等零部件;后组合灯总成主要功能为警示、制动及转向，由于其线束较长且隐藏在背门夹层总，所以异响问题较多且排查困难;背门内装饰板总成包括背门下饰板、背门左上内饰板、背门右上内饰板、背门中上内饰板、背门左检修口盖、背门右检修口盖，其主要作用为装饰美化、隔音降噪。……
