摘 要：顶棚、地毯是汽车整车内饰的重要组成部分，不仅能提高车内的装饰性，还能起到隔音、隔热、隔震作用，对提高乘员乘坐舒适性和安全性均有积极意义。而随着运营车辆的定制化要求越来越高，对顶棚地毯的耐用性、抗脏污易清洁性也提出了更高要求，PVC顶棚地毯也应运而生 。本文从PVC顶棚地毯的材料、工艺出发，简单叙述零件生产过程中的问题及解决办法。

Briefly Discussion about how to Increase the Qualification Rate of PVC Veilings and Carpets for Passenger Cars

Abstract：Ceiling and carpet are an important part of the interior of the car， which can not only improve the decoration of the car， but also play the role of sound insulation， heat insulation and shock isolation， which are positive for improving the comfort and safety of the occupants. As the requirements for customization of operating vehicles become higher and higher， higher requirements are placed on the durability， dirt resistance and easy cleaning of ceiling carpets， and PVC ceiling carpets have also emerged. Starting from the material and technology of PVC ceiling carpet， this article briefly describes the problems and solutions in the production process of parts.

1 引言

為了更好满足运营车辆的特殊需求，PVC顶棚地毯也越来越多的被采用，但材料的变更也导致了生产中的一些新问题。本文结合一款乘用车PVC顶棚地毯生产经验，对常见缺陷及解决办法进行说明，希望能给PVC顶棚地毯的生产提供参考和帮助，避免问题重复发生。

2 乘用车普通顶棚、地毯材料

顶棚常用材料主要包括：PET针织面料、PET无纺布面料、PU片材、玻纤、热熔胶等。其复合结构主要由具有隔音功能的面料层和具有吸音功能的基材层组成。详细材料构成见图1：

地毯常用材料包括：PET复膜面料、PU、平切毡、尼龙搭扣、防尘膜、热熔胶等。其复合结构主要由具有隔音功能的面料层、中间层和具有吸音功能的背层组成。

3 乘用车PVC顶棚、地毯材料成份

PVC顶棚是在普通顶棚的基础上，将面料层由PET针织材料换为单面PVC革;PVC地毯则是在普通地毯的基础上将PET针刺面料换为单面PVC革。单面PVC革是指以织物为基布，单面贴合或涂覆聚氯乙烯薄膜或涂层的人造革。……
