电动汽车动力电池均衡方法研究

摘 要:电池性能的好坏性关系到电动汽车动力的性能的好坏,在电动汽车行驶过程中,常常由于电池组合中的单体电池差异性使得电动汽车的动力不足,在使用过程中造成不好的影响,严重影响使用者的舒适性享受,针对上述情况,进行电动汽车动力电池均衡化刻不容缓。本文首先对当前电动汽车动力电池的均衡中存在的问题进行阐述,结合均衡方式与相关技术对实现合理均衡作出一定的反应,集中分析了均衡内部分类装置的适用范围,最终对均衡力度进行深入研究,从而得出进行电池均衡能够将电动汽车动力电池组之间的差异降低,还能对其重新配置调度,提升电池的电流容积。

Research on the Balance Method of Electric Vehicle Power Batteries

Abstract:The quality of battery performance is related to the power performance of electric vehicles. During the driving process of electric vehicles,the power of electric vehicles is often insufficient due to the difference of the single batteries in the battery combination,which causes problems during use. The positive impact seriously affects the comfort of users. In view of the above situation,it is imperative to balance the power batteries of electric vehicles. This article first elaborates the existing problems in the balance of the current electric vehicle power battery,combining with the balance method and relating technologies to make a certain response to the realization of a reasonable balance,concentrates analysis of the scope of application of the balance internal classification device,and finally conducts an in-depth study of the balance strength. Therefore,it can be concluded that battery balancing can reduce the difference between the power battery packs of electric vehicles,and can also reconfigure and dispatch them to increase the current capacity of the battery.

1 引言
電动汽车在运行过程要依靠大量电池进行动力支撑,为电动汽车提供动力组合电池被称为动力电池,动力电池通常是将许多单独电池进行组合,经过串联手法形成的大型电源供应装置,在日常生活中,最为常见的动力电池通常是由280个电压在1.2V的单独氢电池构成,其内部电量容积为336V。在使用动力电池的过程中,由于内部组合电池存在差异性,并且对外界反应程度不统一,因此在使用过程随着使用时间的增加,会导致组合电池之间的差异性更加显著,不能在进行高效的运转,甚至还会对周围电池造成损坏。在电量耗光后如果不对其中性能较差的电池进行更换或维修,就会导致该种电池继续存在于动力电池中,严重危害整体电池的使用周期,还可能会在使用过程中内部温度的升高作用下,产生大量的热能使得电池爆炸,造成安全事故的发生。……
