摘 要：随着我国经济的高速发展，人们对汽车的需求量持续增加，汽车的产量也随之增长迅速。在能源越来越紧张的今天，为了有效实现国家的长远发展战略，国家制定并实施了新能源汽车发展规划，带动新能源汽车市场的持续增加。各大汽车公司也依托于国家政策，都推出了自己的新能源汽车开发项目，并取得了非常大的成功。然而随着市场竞争的不断加剧，在新能源汽车研发项目开展的过程中，各种风险因素越来越多，如果不能很好对这些风险进行有效的管理，就有可能会造成非常巨大的损失。为此，笔者将要在本文中对新能源汽车研发项目风险管理进行探究，希望对促进我国新能源产业的发展，可以起到有利的作用。

Research on the Risk Management of New Energy Vehicle Development Project

Abstract：With the rapid development of China's economy，people's demand for cars continues to increase，and the production of cars also grows rapidly. In today's increasingly tense energy，to effectively realize the country's long-term development strategy，the country formulated and implemented the new energy vehicle development plan，driving the continued growth of the new energy vehicle market. Major automobile companies also rely on national policies，and have launched their own new energy vehicle development projects，and have achieved great success. However，with the increasing market competition，there are more and more risk factors in the development of new energy vehicle research and development projects. If these risks are not managed effectively，it may cause huge losses. Therefore，the author will explore the risk management of new energy vehicle research and development project in this paper，hoping to promote the development of China's new energy industry，and playing a beneficial role.

1 前言

隨着时代的不断发展，环境污染和石油资源枯竭问题变得越来越严重，发展新能源汽车已经成为重要的发展趋势。为了有效响应全球应对环境问题的号召，世界多个国家和地区已经开始进行交通能源转型工作，同时制定了专门的法律法规，为新能源汽车产业的发展，奠定了一个非常良好的基础。例如，在雾霾比较严重的地区，实行了专门的限号政策，新能源汽车在使用的过程中，可以不受限号政策的影响。为了更好实现新能源汽车产业的发展，降低汽车开发过程中的各种风险，就需要认真做好汽车研发项目的风险管理工作。……
