摘 要：据统计，截至2020年底中国农村汽车市场低速车持有量达760万辆，这些车辆都有着置换升级的需要。新能源汽车“下乡”发展不仅有助于解决农村汽车市场的置换升级问题，也对新能源汽车产业从政策驱动逐步转化为市场驱动、建设“美丽乡村”等具有重要意义。文章综合分析了新能源汽车“下乡”发展前景中的优势与挑战，为推动实现更快、更好的发展提供了建议。

Analysis of the Development Prospects of New Energy Vehicles "Going to the Countryside"

Abstract：According to statistics， up to the end of 2020， there are 7.6 million low-speed vehicles in the rural automobile market in China， and these vehicles are in need of replacement and upgrade. The development of new energy vehicles "going to the countryside" will not only help solve the problem of replacement and upgrading of the rural automobile market， but also have important significance for the gradual transformation of the new energy automobile industry from policy-driven to market-driven and the construction of "beautiful countryside". The article comprehensively analyzes the advantages and challenges in the development prospects of new energy vehicles "going to the countryside"， and provides suggestions for promoting faster and better development.

1 引言

隨着环境恶化、自然资源的减少，节能减排成了世界性的发展主题。在我国，新能源汽车已被列入国家战略性新兴产业，中央和地方各级政府对新能源汽车的发展高度重视，陆续出台了一系列扶持培育政策[1]。环保、节能的新能源汽车逐渐取代传统汽车将是行业发展的必然趋势。然而，新能源汽车的市场分布呈现出极不均衡的特点。从2020年中国新能源汽车购买用户地区分布情况来看，中国新能源汽车购买用户多分布在一二线城市。其中一线城市购买用户占比46%，二线城市购买用户占比37%，三四线城市购买用户占比11%，四线城市以下购买用户占比6%。因此，我国新能源汽车有着广阔的下沉市场。目前我国新能源汽车下乡发展还处于起步阶段，存在着优势的同时，也面临着各种挑战。

2 新能源汽车下乡发展的重要性
