摘 要：随着我国汽车产业的日益发展，对专业汽修人才的要求也越来越高。本文以汽修专业建设和汽修技能大赛的融合为研究对象，分析现在赛教融合方面存在的问题，探索高职汽修专业人才培养过程中“赛教融合育人”的有效途径，通过指导教师团队建设、大赛学生团队建设、课程体系标准建设等方面的共同努力，促进学校在技能大赛和专业建设方面同时取得长足的进步。

The Integration of Competition and Education Promoting the Professional Development of Higher Vocational Auto Repair

Abstract：With the increasing development of China's automobile industry， the requirements for professional auto repair talents are getting higher and higher. This article takes the integration of auto repair professional construction and auto repair skill competition as the research object， analyzes the current problems in the integration of racing and education， and explores the effective way of "integration of competition and education" in the process of cultivating professional auto repair professionals in higher vocational schools. Through guidance， the joint efforts of teacher team building， competition student team building， and curriculum system standard construction have promoted the school to make great progress in both skill competition and professional construction.

隨着汽车保有量不断增加，使得社会和企业对汽修专业人才的需求量与日俱增，同时由于汽车上各种新技术的应用，使得社会和企业对复合技能型汽修人才的要求也越来越高。而技能大赛正是由于比赛内容紧扣行业发展需求，代表着汽修行业的最高水平，受到学校越来越多的关注。“普通教育有高考，职业教育有大赛”，技能大赛已成为职业教育的名片。技能比赛作为检查职业教育发展成效的重要载体，在引领职业教育发展方面起着关的作用。

1 赛教融合目前存在的问题

高职院校汽车维修与检测专业技能大赛经过多年的发展，已经基本解决了初期存在的各种问题，比如商业化过重、资源投入过大、比赛公平性等。但是目前各个院校赛教融合的效果不甚理想，甚至只是片面的追求技能大赛名次，而忽略专业建设。问题主要存在以下问题：
