汽车电器测试中的电子负载选择

摘 要:伴随着经济的增长和科学技术的日新月异,社会不断进步时代万象更新,人民的生活质量和水平已经产生了翻天覆地的变化,汽车逐渐发展成为家家户户的必备出行工具。而汽车的制造技术随着科技的革新不断发展,智能化、自动化程度越来越高,汽车功能的逐渐健全给人民的出行提供了便捷,同时也给汽车制造带来了难题。本文主要探索汽车电气测试中的电子负载选择,通过浅析汽车的电气测试和电子负载,研究电气测试中的电子负载合理选择,为提高汽车性能提供一丝帮助。

Abstract:Along with economic growth and rapid changes in science and technology, the society is constantly progressing and everything is renewed. People's quality and standard of life have undergone earth-shaking changes, and cars have gradually developed into a necessary travel tool for every household. With the continuous development of technological innovation, automobile manufacturing technology has become more intelligent and automated. The gradual improvement of automobile functions has provided convenience for people's travel and also has brought problems to automobile manufacturing. This article mainly explores the selection of electronic loads in automotive electrical testing. Through the analysis of automotive electrical testing and electronic loads, it studies the reasonable selection of electronic loads in electrical testing and provides help for improving automotive performance.

1 引言
一臺完整的汽车包含众多电器产品,汽车的各项功能发挥也需要大量电气提供动力,因而电气测试对汽车整体的研发制造来说十分重要,比如继电器、车灯、扬声器、其他控制元件等等。在汽车电气测试中,电子负载的选择包括阻性负载、容性负载、感性负载,合理的电子负载选择是确保汽车电器元件运行良好的关键,所以说电气测试中的电子负载选择必须要谨慎、细致、高度重视。
2 汽车电器测试的重要意义
汽车电器是一个统称,包括的有电源系统、启动系统、点火、照明、仪表盘、辅助电器元件等等,是促进实现汽车各项智能化、自动化、先进化功能的重要组成部分和坚实基础。汽车的电器测试能够及时发现所有电器设备或者组件的综合问题、单独性隐患等等,在汽车上路驾驶之前通过检修与养护保障各项电器的完好与正常使用,从而确保一台汽车的驾驶稳定性和安全性,有效避免故障的发生和安全隐患的存在,充分保障汽车功能完善、性能卓越。……
