【摘  要】社会经济的稳步发展以及城市化进程的明显加快，让社会工业建设迎来了新的趋势，与之相对应的环境污染问题也日益突出，这让社会居民的生活质量逐步下降。在新形势之下，应该对当前存在的环境污染问题进行分析，并采取针对性的措施进行治理，从而响应国家绿色环保的政策理念。

【Abstract】The steady development of society and economy and the significant acceleration of urbanization have brought about a new trend in the construction of social industry. The corresponding environmental pollution problems are also becoming more and more prominent， which make the quality of life of social residents gradually decline. Under the new situation， the current environmental pollution problems should be analyzed and targeted measures should be taken to deal with them， so as to respond to the national policy and concept of green environmental protection.

1 引言

社会经济建设以及生态建设备受关注，前者直接关系到社会居民的生活质量及发展动向。当前，国家的大气环境质量呈现出下降的趋势，对居民的生活质量以及身体健康影响较大，若不采用有效措施加以处理，就会使其更加恶化。只有开展社会生态建设才能使社会经济建设更加科学有序，为社会居民创造出良好的生存环境[1]。

2 大气环境污染的现状

城市化进程的加快使经济得到了快速的发展，但也使环境问题更加突出。当前，人们的生活水平不断提升，但人口密度也越来越大，导致城市扬尘、汽车尾气、工业废气等污染气体直接危害到大气环境，涉及的污染因子包含PM、VOC等。在落实大气环境污染治理工作的过程中，极易出现治理不到位的问题，这就威胁到人们的身体健康，更不利于社会经济的可持续发展，為我国城市化建设的进一步发展带来了难题。

3 大气环境保护的必要性

在城市建设过程中要对工业生产园区进行合理的规划，通过科学的选址对工业生产园区进行恰当的安置，通过与实际情况结合来确保生活区域和工业园区是分离的。……
