【摘  要】在当前阶段，房建工程项目管理工作中BIM技术得到了日益广泛的应用，从而实现了更具全局性、系统性的房建企业管理工作。借助BIM技术对房建工程项目实施信息化管理，可以对房建项目施工安全、质量的管理水平予以有效提升。在房建行业发展过程中，为不断提升房建工程项目管理工作水平，有必要对BIM在房建项目管理中的应用进行分析和研究。

【Abstract】At the current stage， BIM technology has gradually been widely used in the project management work of housing construction engineering， thus realizing more overall and systematic management work of housing construction enterprises. With the help of BIM technology to implement informatization management of housing construction engineering project， the management level of construction safety and quality of housing construction project can be effectively improved. In the process of the development of the housing construction industry， in order to continuously improve the management work level of housing construction engineering project， it is necessary to analyze and study the application of BIM in the housing construction project management.

1 引言

房建工程项目管理工作落实情况将直接影响到最终工程建设质量与效果，因此，应用BIM技术，可以提前将项目施工过程中可能遇到的风险事件进行仿真模拟，利用各类先进的数码信息数据完成房建模型的表达与共享，加强各环节之间的紧密联系，提前规避风险，让工作推进更加顺利。

2 BIM技术概述

BIM技术的应用是对房建工程的信息进行建模，将其中的各项数据整合起来，借助三维建模的功能，创造出符合房建工程特点的数据模型。采用这项技术可以通過数字使工程的情况以及存在的问题等展现出来，便于对房建工程建设进行有效管理。BIM技术中融合了多种信息技术，可以实现资源的共享，还能够形成数据库，为工程建设提供更多的依据。此外，采用BIM技术，可以确保工程建设人员能够对信息进行准确的获取和共享，实现进一步的协同作业，同时，能够为工程的进度管理提供支持，使工程的造价管理顺利进行。……
