【摘  要】受新冠肺炎疫情影响，全球经济形势更加严峻。在日益复杂的市场环境下，企业在经营发展过程中容易出现各种不确定的财务风险。如何有效防范财务风险成为企业高质量发展的关键问题。论文结合多年工作实践，概述企业财务风险，分析新冠肺炎疫情环境下企业面临的财务风险，最后提出控制企业财务风险的具体对策。

【Abstract】Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic， the global economic situation is more severe. In the increasingly complex market environment， enterprises are prone to various uncertain financial risks in the process of business development. How to effectively prevent financial risks has become a key problem in the high quality development of enterprises. Combined with many years' working practice， this paper summarizes the financial risks of enterprises， analyzes the financial risks faced by enterprises under the COVID-19 epidemic situation， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to control the financial risks of enterprises.

1 引言

2021年是“十四五”开局之年，中国改革进行深水期、经济发展步入新常态，在诸多因素影响下，企业需要应对的挑战趋多且复杂。尤其是2020年突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情对全球经济造成巨大冲击，导致企业经营出现诸多问题，加剧企业财务风险。因此，如何有效控制企业财务风险成为企业财务工作人员所必须要思考的问题。现结合多年工作实践，就如何控制企业财务风险进行详细的阐述，以此为今后工作提供实践经验参考。

2 企业财务风险的概述

财务风险就是企业在财务管理活动，由于受各种因素以及难以预料因素的影响而导致企业财务管理偏离预期的目标造成经济损失的机会性或可能性。财务风险是伴随企业经营管理全过程的，是客观存在的。可以说财务风险是风险在财务领域的体现，其具有以下基本特征：①客观性。财务风险是客观存在不受人的意志所约束，在现实企业管理中财务风险并不能完全消灭，只有通过有效的措施将财务风险控制在最低范畴，避免出现无效费用的产生。……
