【摘  要】大数据信息时代的到来，对我国社会的发展和进步起到了极大的推动作用。党的建设和发展借助先进科技实现了新时期的创新发展，在很大程度上推进了基层党组织建设工作向着科学化、精细化方向发展，激发了各級工作者的工作热情和积极性，进而提升了工作效率。论文主要分析大数据背景下基层党组织建设迎来的发展机遇，并根据当前基层党组织建设面临的困境，进行相应的解决路径的探索和研究。

【Abstract】The arrival of the information age of big data has played a great role in promoting the development and progress of China's society. The construction and development of the Party have achieved innovative development in the new period by means of advanced science and technology， and to a great extent have promoted the development of the construction of grassroots Party organizations in a scientific and refined direction. It arouses the enthusiasm of the workers at all levels， and then improves the work efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes the development opportunities for the construction of grassroots Party organizations under the background of big data， and explores and studies the corresponding solutions according to the difficulties faced by the current grassroots Party organization construction.

1 大数据背景下基层党组织建设迎来的发展机遇

1.1 提升基层党组织建设工作的科技应用水平

大数据信息科技技术应用于基层党建工作中可以提升其工作科技水平。

第一，创新工作方式。大数据信息科技的应用，使基层党组织建设工作利用实现在线会议的召开、开展实施监督工作、实现党课资料的及时共享、提供更大的交流平台等，提升基层党建工作效率。

第二，构建更加完善的考核体系。运用大数据科技实现海量数据的收集、分析和利用，进而使工作考核评价系统向着更加科学的方向发展。

1.2 推进基层党组织建设工作，实现精细化发展

大数据信息科技的应用，可以使各级党员信息得到更加全面的收集，实现更加深入的分析，使党员参加各项活动中的表现实现更加全面的录入。完善的信息资源数据库，为开展各项党建活动提供科学依据，同时，还可利用大数据科技的分析技术实现各项工作的精细化管理，使基层党建工作更加细致化。……
