【摘  要】随着目前经济的发展和社会的进步，工商管理信息化得到了一定的发展。但是因为人们还是缺乏一个充分的认识，所以导致工商管理信息化在发展的过程中还存在着一些问题，发展得并不充分。虽然工商部门目前对于工商管理信息化的重视程度在提升，但是在发展中也一定要结合社会发展的需要，提升管理的水平，要能不断地创新，只有这样才能有效地推动工商管理信息化的进一步发展。

【Abstract】With the current economic development and social progress， business management informatization has been a certain development. However， due to the lack of a full understanding， there are still some problems existing in the process of the development of business management informatization， which has not been fully developed. Although the industry and commerce department is paying more attention to the informatization of business management， it is necessary to combine the needs of social development in the process of development to raise the level of management and to be able to innovate constantly， only in this way can we effectively promote the further development of business management informatization.

1 引言

工商管理这个概念相对而言是比较宽泛的，其中不仅有较多的管理内容，并且也需要具有一定的管理制度。因为在现代企业发展的过程中，我们更要对工商管理提出的要求引起重视，在经营上每一个环节都要符合工商管理的要求。而且在当前信息化的背景下，企业的发展尤其是企业财务部门的一些决策直接影响到了企业的未来。那么企业更需要利用好信息技术，借助信息化的管理去推动整个企业的发展。

2 工商管理信息化改革存在的问题

2.1 信息化系统项目不完善

工商管理部门的主要工作内容是面向企业落实相关的管理责任和义务，那么借助信息化完成管理是必然趋势。在信息化的管理当中，应该让工商管理的各个环节和内容都纳入管理当中，从传统的现场办理模式逐渐向网络办理模式转变。但是从工商管理现状来看，虽……
