摘 要 文章通过梳理国外阅读疗法研究文献，分析研究其现状、热点和趋势，检索Web of Science核心合集中的阅读疗法相关文献，采用文献共被引网络、关键词共现网络及突现词、研究演进路径图分析，以信息可视化为手段，对国外阅读疗法研究进行分析，共检索到1975—2019年相关文献735篇，美国、英国和澳大利亚发文量居前3位;相关研究共被引网络形成主要聚类13个，探测突现术语12个，直观揭示了统计时域内国外阅读疗法研究的重点和热点。其中，国外阅读疗法研究热点包含：诗歌疗法研究、认知阅读疗法研究、情感阅读疗法研究、书目处方疗法研究、阅读疗法方法研究、课程培训应用研究、疗效评价研究。

Abstract This paper reports on the review of Reading Therapy overseas with respect to research status， the hotspot issues， and the trend in the realm. This review was conducted by searching related articles from Web of Science to analyze the parameters such as Citespace， overlapped keywords web， and mutation terms in a visible way of evolutionary maps. In this research， 735 articles are employed from 1975 to 2019. Among them， the United States， the United Kingdom， and Australia top the list. There are 13 aggregations in citation web， and 12 mutation terms are found. These outcomes reveal the significance and hot issues in this realm intuitively. The recent research hot issues are： poet theory research， cognitive reading therapy， affective reading therapy， booklist offered therapy， reading therapy methodology， training applied research， effect assessment.

0 引言

在2020年新型冠状病毒疫情中，武汉“方舱医院”一位读书的年轻人引起了社会的关注。病床上，他手捧《政治秩序的起源》阅读的画面感染了无数人，照片中的他镇定面对疫情阴云，用阅读与思考增强精神力量，静静的阅读传递出的是力量和希望。由此让笔者迅速想到了“阅读疗法”。

在有文献记载的研究中，阅读疗法被称为“阅读”“阅读心理学”“书籍匹配”“图书指南”“文学治疗”“图书馆治疗”“引导阅读”或“阅读指导”，其定义也不尽相同，从简单的“通过书籍进行治疗”[1]到崇高的“在阅疗师的指导下，读者的个性与文学之间的动态互动过程”[2]，“心理治疗师、馆员和其他外行帮手可以利用它来促进健康人群的正常发展和自我实现”[3-5]。……
