摘 要 在新数字技术下，启动开展口述历史项目成为图书馆资源建设新业务。通过考察国外大学图书馆启动开展的口述历史项目，旨在为我国大学图书馆口述历史资源建设提供思路。本文基于综述和国际口述历史协会成员里的国外大学图书馆口述历史项目实践，调研考察启动口述历史项目的措施。国外大学图书馆立足本校教学研究和本地文化确定主题并启动口述历史项目，设置口述历史类专岗，积极寻求合作伙伴和启动经费，并开发和推荐数字化设备。

Abstract Under the digital technology environment， the launch of oral history projects has become a new business of library resource construction. By investigating the oral history project launched by foreign university libraries， it aims to provide ideas for the construction of oral history resources in university libraries in my country. Based on the review and the practice of oral history projects in foreign university libraries found in members of the International Oral History Association， this article investigates the measures to initiate oral history projects. Foreign university libraries start oral history projects based on their own teaching research and local culture， set up oral history special posts， actively seek partners and start-up funds， and develop and recommend digital equipment.

0 引言

1948年，美国哥伦比亚大学图书馆口述历史研究室的创建意味着现代口述史学的开始。这门学科经过70余年的发展，至今广泛应用于社会史、劳工史、家族史、科学史等多种人文与社会领域。20世纪80年代以来，口述史学的快速发展引起图书馆学界对其项目开展和资料生产收集的关注和重视。1987年的第53届国际图联大会上拉斐尔提交了名为《口头文化与图书馆》的报告;1999年第65届的国际图联大会上，对图书馆与口头文化的关系以及图书馆新的职责定位等进行交流与探讨，积极倡导图书馆参与对世界各个地区文化遗产的获取、保存和保护。近年，我国图书馆业界逐步认识和重视口述历史资源对各类图书馆可持续发展作用，口述历史的生产、收藏、展示、传播不仅能拓展现代图书馆业务范围和服务内容，也给大学图书馆员带来新机遇新挑战[1]。……
