摘 要：中医术语的西班牙语翻译研究，是基于中医药“走出去”和中华文化对外传播的探索，旨在提高中医术语西班牙语翻译水平，促进中医药文化传播，而术语工具书的选择对相关翻译工作起着重要的参考作用。《中医基本名词术语中西对照国际标准》是目前世界上比较权威的中医术语西译工具书，研究通过对该书的综合分析，结合术语学理论，深入讨论了中医术语西译的现状、存在的困难和问题。为了完善中医术语多语种信息，提高中医术语翻译质量，研究提出借鉴欧盟多语种互译术语语料库模型，为建立中医术语多语种语料库提供参考。

Abstract： The study of Spanish translation of TCM terminology is based on the exploration of the international communication of TCM and Chinese culture， which aims to improve the quality of the Spanish translation on TCM terminology and promote the communication of TCM culture. International Standard ChineseSpanish Basic Nomenclature of Chinese Medicine is an authorized reference book on Spanish translation of TCM terms. Based on terminology theory， we comprehensively analyze this book and discuss the current situation， problems and difficulties of Spanish translation of TCM terms. In order to improve the multilingual information of TCM terms and the quality of TCM term translation， we propose to use corpus model of multilingual translation terms in European Union as reference for the establishment of a multilingual corpus on TCM terms.

近年来，随着中医药对外传播和国际影响力的提升，国际学科和行业交流需求也不断增加。在科技翻译中，专业术语的地位不言而喻，但是由于语言文化上的差异、中医学理论及临床操作系统的复杂性、术语翻译不统一等问题，中医术语的翻译和已有翻译成果的选择和应用对于译员来说仍具有挑战。

1 中医术语西班牙语翻译的现状

众所周知，中医的外译历史悠久，最早可以追溯到隋唐之前 [1]，17—18世纪中医在欧洲就已经出版了关于中医药的著作和译本 [2]。

改革开放之后，中外学者对中医术语翻译的关注程度也越来越高。1996年李照国提出了中医术语英译的基本原则：自然性、简洁性、民族性、回译性和规定性。……
