【摘  要】当前，国际环境风云变幻。近年来，我国各行各业都实现了快速发展。因此，加强基层党建工作的宣传，可以更好地筑牢基层党员的思想防线。论文对基层党建宣传工作的特征展开详细分析和讨论，从理论和实践两个层面探讨新媒体在基层党建宣传中应用的优势。论文提出构建基层党建宣传的信息化平台，对平台的实施和推广提出具有建设性的可行方案，以期为今后的基层党建宣传工作创新提供借鉴。

【Abstract】At present， the international environment is changing rapidly. In recent years， all walks of life in China have developed rapidly. Therefore， strengthening the propaganda of grassroots Party building work can better strengthen the ideological defense of the grassroots Party members. This paper makes a detailed analysis and discussion on the characteristics of propaganda work of grassroots Party building， and discusses the advantages of applying new media in propaganda of grassroots Party building from both theoretical and practical levels. This paper proposes to construct an informatization platform for propaganda of grassroots Party building， and puts forward constructive and feasible scheme for the implementation and promotion of the platform， so as to provide a reference for the innovation of propaganda of grassroots Party building in the future.

1 当前基层党建宣传工作面对的新形势

1.1 基层党建宣传工作面临的问题

我国正处于社会主义发展的关键时期，而基层党组织是一线的工作机构。随着我国改革开放的逐步深入，社会发展速度越来越快。我国民众的生活质量也在不断提升，社会生活也发生了很大的变化。因此，在这样的外部大环境之下，在基层党组织中也出现了各种问题。当前，在互联网时代之下，各类信息、舆论和媒体报道传播速度都非常快，而各种利益诉求也会随着社会的发展而不断碰撞。这些利益彼此之间既有交集，又有冲突。目前，我国基层党建宣传工作不仅拥有机遇，同时也面临挑战。对有关调查数据进行分析可以明确，基层党建宣传存在各种、各方面问题，例如，常态化工作不到位、缺乏有效性，等等。一些工作从表面上看颇有成效，但缺乏长期推进机制。……
