摘    要：利用黑龙江省大庆市230户调研数据，运用多元 Logistic 模型对农户秸秆处理行为的影响因素进行分析。研究表明，农户受教育程度、耕地面积、额外支出成本、机械化作业质量是否良好、是否了解相关政策、周边是否有秸秆利用市场等影响显著。因此，需加强科学文化教育、增大耕地集中程度、加大相关金融政策扶持、加大科技创新投入、增加秸秆利用多渠道培训、支持秸秆相关产业。

Abstract： Based on the survey data of 230 farmers in Daqing City， the influencing factors of straw treatment behavior of farmers were analyzed by using logit model. The results showed that the education level， cultivated land area， additional cost ， whether the quality of straw treatment by mechanization was good， whether the current relevant straw treatment policies were understood， whether there was straw utilization market around the farmers were significantly affected. Therefore， it is necessary to strengthen scientific and cultural education， increase the concentration of cultivated land， increase the support of relevant financial policies， and increase the science and culture education Technical innovation investment， increase straw use multi-channel training， support straw related industries.

隨着我国农作物品种改良，农作物秸秆总量不断增加，如何将秸秆综合利用成为了首要任务。近年来一系列政策文件都在鼓励秸秆综合利用，在此背景下的秸秆综合利用已经成为重要课题。目前，黑龙江省大庆市秸秆综合利用工作虽取得了阶段性成功，但是要想秸秆综合利用工作更进一步，仍然面临着一些挑战。因此，本研究从农户视角出发，探究影响当地农户秸秆处理行为的因素，提出优化农户秸秆处理行为的建议，以期为推动大庆市秸秆综合利用工作进一步发展提供参考，同时对保护黑土地、增加农业生产经济效益具有重要的现实意义。

1 数据来源与样本描述

1.1 数据来源

本次调研选取了大庆市10个村镇，共发放250份问卷，回收有效问卷230份，有效率92%。

1.2 农户样本描述性分析

1.2.1 农户个人及家庭情况 其中男性农户有116人，占样本总数比值50.4%;女性有114人，占样本总数比值49.6%。40岁及以下农户样本数共18人，占样本总数比值7.8%;51岁及以上年龄段的农户共有153人，占样本总数比值67%。……
