【摘  要】在小学语文教学过程中，作业的布置是工作的重要组成部分，也是巩固教学成果、提升教学质量的关键手段。近些年来，随着教育改革如火如荼地进行，学生的作业布置该如何设计和实施是教师需要考虑的问题之一。通过本人的教学实践，以统整单元知识为目的的单元练习设计因其特有的优势成了作业布置的良好选择。本文结合小学四年级语文课程，针对如何进行单元练习设计的具体措施进行了探讨，以期为一线教学质量的提升贡献一点力量。

【Abstract】In the process of elementary school Chinese teaching， the assignment of homework is an important part of the work， and it is also a key means to consolidate teaching results and improve teaching quality. In recent years， as the education reform is in full swing， how to design and implement students' homework assignments is one of the issues teachers need to consider. Through my teaching practice， the unit exercise design aimed at integrating unit knowledge has become a good choice for homework assignment due to its unique advantages. This article combines the fourth-grade Chinese course in elementary school to discuss specific measures on how to design unit exercises， in order to contribute a little to the improvement of front-line teaching quality.

備课、上课、作业、辅导和检测是教学的五个环节。作业作为教学五环节之一，地位超然，一方面是教师检测课堂教学质量的法宝，另一方面是学生检查知识缺漏的良方，为此，教师可劲地布置作业，学生拼命地刷题……近年来，作业成为社会关注的热点，社会上反对“题海”，为学生“减负”的呼声愈演愈烈。2018年12月28日由教育部等九部门《关于印发中小学生减负措施的通知》指出要减轻违背教育规律、有损中小学生身心健康的过重学业负担。一方面是国家层面的三令五申，另一方面是课业负担涛声依旧。“减负”与“提质”的矛盾直指作业，经过向众多一线教师的调查、访谈，作业存在的问题归结起来主要表现在以下三个方面：

1.设计缺乏目标指引。

2.内容忽视整体设计。

3.难度欠缺弹性设计。

一言以蔽之，作业存在：重复、机械、割裂、低效等问题。
