【摘  要】做好内部控制是企业财务管理工作的重要内容。随着新经济形势的发展，企业所面临的经营环境越来越复杂，迫切要求企业构建完善的内部控制体系。论文立足经济新形势视角，以某企业为例，详细分析企业内部控制存在的问题，最后提出具体的解决对策，以此促进企业财务管理水平的提升。

【Abstract】It is an important content of financial management work of enterprises to do well internal control. With the development of new economic situation， the business environment faced by enterprises is becoming more and more complex， and it is urgent for enterprises to construct a perfect internal control system. Based on the perspective of the new economic situation， this paper takes an enterprise as an example， analyzes the problems existing in the internal control of the enterprise in detail， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to promote the improvement of the financial management level of the enterprise.

1 引言

我国经济发展环境面临深刻复杂变化，受新冠肺炎影响，世界经贸环境不稳定性增加，国内经济循环面临多重堵点，重大风险隐患不容忽视。基于复杂的市场环境要求企业必须认清形势，做好财务管理工作。内部控制是企业财务管理的重要组成部分，基于新企业制度的实施，暴露出企业内部控制还存在诸多问题，需要财务人员加以正视。

2 某企业概述

某企业成立于2010年，是一家从事文化旅游开发的企业。截至目前，企业业务已经遍布我国20多个大中城市，拥有31家分公司。受新冠肺炎疫情影响，企业发展遇到巨大困难。尤其是新冠肺炎疫情对旅游产业的影响较大，导致企业出现短暂性亏损。但是与其他企业相比，某企业的发展情况比较理想，其根源于企业建立了相对完善的内部控制体系，拥有较为完善的财务管理模式，尤其是2018年企业实施ERP系统，标志企业财务管理工作实现信息化模式。结合实践调查，目前企业的内部控制建设取得以下成效：一是企业建立了相对完善的组织架构体系。……
