【摘  要】Y81-1500型金属打包液压机通过液压装置控制对金属废料成型打包，在钢铁企业和废品回收企业等具有广泛的推广和使用价值，同时有利于废品的运输与贮存等。论文论述了Y81-1500型金属打包液压机的安装与调试，并对打包液压机的操作过程作出了说明，阐述了打包液压机的故障排除方法与维护与保养。该产品性能稳定，能够满足钢铁和再生资源企业对设备的技术要求，从而大大提高了资源的再利用价值并保护了环境，促进了低碳经济的发展，通过资源循环再利用提升企业的成本优势。

【Abstract】Y81-1500 metal packing hydraulic press controls the molding and packing of metal wastes by hydraulic devices， which has wide popularization and use value in iron and steel enterprises and waste recycling enterprises， and is beneficial to the transportation and storage of waste products. This paper discusses the installation and debugging of Y81-1500 metal packing hydraulic press， explains the operation process of packing hydraulic press， and expounds the troubleshooting methods and maintenance of packing hydraulic press. The product has stable performance and can meet the technical requirements of steel and renewable resource enterprises for equipment， thus greatly improving the reuse value of resources and protecting the environment. It promotes the development of low-carbon economy and promotes the cost advantage of enterprises through resource recycling.

1 引言

Y81-1500型金属打包液压机由主机、电气系统、液压系统等组成。主机由机身、主压油缸、门盖油缸、开门油缸等组成。液压系统由油泵、油箱、液压站、管路等组成。该产品特点新颖，采用液压动力控制作为重要的动力传动构成。由于料箱相对空间较大，特别有利于加工成型的操作方便性。液压的传动具有平稳可靠和作用力大的特点，工作效率高，加工稳定性强，使用方便，操作安全可靠。因此，液压打包式的控制适应了市场的需求，满足了客户的要求。

2 打包液压机的安装与调试

机器在工作时无显著振动，故对基础无特殊要求，用户可根据具体条件将机械设置在户内，浇筑普通混凝土地坪。安装顺序先将主机落位，初步调整其水平，在油箱上安装电气箱。再用自备60A自动空气开关，并向电气箱内接入电源。……
