【摘  要】人的创造力的发展一直是人力资源管理所研究的重点问题，因为人作为企业中的基本要素，其创造力的实现对于整个企业的创新而言十分重要，并且能够实现企业科技、企业文化、企业整体的创新发展。论文分析了人的创造力发展的影响因素及条件，探讨企业中个体创造力的发展现状以及存在的问题，并分析其原因，然后在简要评价的基础上，综合已有的理论模型，对促进人的创造力发展进行研究并进行相应的制度建构。

【Abstract】The development of human creativity has always been a key problem in human resources management research， because as the basic element of the enterprise， the realization of human creativity is very important for the innovation of the whole enterprise， and can realize the innovation and development of enterprise science and technology， enterprise culture and the whole enterprise. This paper analyzes the influencing factors and conditions of the development of human creativity， discusses the development status and existing problems of individual creativity in enterprises， and analyzes the reasons. Then， on the basis of a brief evaluation， the paper synthesizes the existing theoretical models to study the promotion of human creativity development and construct the corresponding system.

1 引言

创新是民族进步的灵魂，是社会经济发展不竭的动力，更是企业发展的重要源泉。创新的能力就是创造力，它是根据一定的目的和任务，开展能动的思维活动，产生新认识、创造新事物的能力。

2 创造力发展的影响因素与条件

影响创造力结构的构成要素包括内在因素和外在因素，内在要素构成创造力的内在协同性，包括动力系统、控制系统和操作系统，外在要素构成了创造力的外在相干性。

创造力的发展条件包括内在发展条件和外在发展条件。内在发展条件主要是指人的个性特征和思维本质，具体包括性格、动机、兴趣、意志力。外在发展条件主要是从环境的影响上去进行论述，通常包括家庭环境、学校环境和社会环境。

3 创新型企业概述

创新型企业主要是指那些拥有自主知识产权和知名品牌，具有较强国际竞争力，依靠技术创新获取市场竞争优势和持续发展的企业。……
