【摘  要】近年来，我国“互联网+”战略的深入落实推动了社会的发展，这对于中小企业的管理工作而言，是一件机遇、挑战并存的实情。在这种情况下，中小企业需要顺应“互联网+”时代发展的趋势，在管理模式方面进行时代化的创新，以此为其健康持续发展奠定基础。故此，论文从“互联网+”背景下中小企业出现的全新发展特征分析入手，从管理理念、管理模式、人员管理3个层面提出了其管理模式创新的策略。

【Abstract】In recent years， the in-depth implementation of China's "internet +" strategy has promoted social development， which is a reality of both opportunities and challenges for the management work of small and medium-sized enterprises. Under such circumstances， small and medium-sized enterprises need to conform to the trend of the development of the "internet +" era and carry out modern innovation in management mode， so as to lay the foundation for their healthy and sustainable development. Therefore， starting from the analysis of the new development characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises under the background of "internet +"， the paper puts forward the innovative strategies of management mode from three aspects： management concept， management mode and personnel management.

1 引言

我国“互联网+”战略的提出以及深入推动和落实，使得互联网技术和社会生产生活中的各个行业已经实现了深度的融合，并为其健康发展奠定了相应的技术基础。即便“互联网+”战略的推行对我国企业管理模式的发展提供了一定的支撑，但一些中小企业在这个环节中仍旧存在一些问题，这也就使其管理模式并未得到真正意义上的时代化变革，这对于中小企业在“互联网+”背景下的竞争和持续发展也将会产生较为严重的制约作用。对中小企业在“互联网+”背景下的管理模式创新进行研究有着十分重要的现实价值。

2 “互联网+”背景下中小企业出现的发展新特征

随着互联网技术和各个企业的深度融合，使其出现了如下发展特征：第一，虚拟化经营的诞生以及拓展。在“互联网+”背景下，业务经营模式与互联网技术融合的产物之一便是虚拟化经营。……
