【摘  要】随着社会经济的蓬勃发展，企业建设迎来了全新的挑战。如何发挥党组织作用，促进和谐企业建设的进步与发展，成为当前企业急需攻克的难题。论文通过对当前不利于企业和谐的因素进行分析，提出了几点策略思路，如建立和谐的干群关系、建立和谐民主的管理制度、构建和谐的企业文化思想等，以期为发挥党组织作用以促进和谐企业建设提供关键思路，从而推动企业的可持续发展。

【Abstract】With the vigorous development of society and economy， enterprise construction has ushered in a new challenge. How to play the role of the Party organization to promote the progress and development of harmonious enterprise construction has become an urgent problem for the enterprise to overcome. Through the analysis of the current factors that are not conducive to enterprise harmony， this paper puts forward some strategies and ideas， such as the establishment of a harmonious relationship between the cadres and the masses， the establishment of a harmonious and democratic management system， the construction of a harmonious enterprise culture and concept and so on， so as to provide key ideas for playing the role of Party organization to promote the harmonious enterprise construction， thereby promoting the sustainable development of the enterprise.

1 引言

在党的十六届六中全会精神下，秉承着“以人为本”的基本原则，促进和谐企业建设的进步与发展，是当前企业党组织面临的重要任务。企业是社会的组成部分，构建和谐企业就是在为构建和谐社会奠定基础，也是企业能够可持续发展的重要因素。因此，企业应充分发挥党组织的作用，将党的精神贯彻落实到企业的生产、经营与管理中来，从而保证企业建设的和谐发展[1]。

2 不利于和谐企业建设的因素

2.1 干部脱离群众

随着企业管理日趋现代化，企业领导干部与群众的距离感也日益凸显，其矛盾也日渐增多。首先，一些企业管理者的管理手段简单粗暴，缺乏专业化水平，缺少人文意识，容易激化领导干部与群众之间的矛盾，从而产生对立。其次，在社会经济迅猛发展的同时，企业领导干部与企业员工的整体收入水平都有明显提高，但员工与领导的收入差距也越来越大，这种差距容易使员工产生抵触情绪，从而激发干群矛盾。……
