【摘  要】近年来，随着时代的发展与进步，促使配电网工程施工技术较之前相比显著发展，并在电力系统中获得广泛应用。但是，由于配电网工程周期比较长且极易受到各种因素的影响，如地形、气候、技术与人员等，进而很难提高安全管理力度，无法真正有效地落实安全管理制度，也就无法保证施工过程中的安全问题。基于此，为最大限度地减少安全事故、降低安全风险，就需要强化安全管理工作，确保施工文明、安全。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the development and progress of the times， the construction technology of distribution network engineering has developed significantly compared with before， and has been widely used in the power system. However， due to the long period of distribution network engineering and easy to be affected by various factors， such as terrain， climate， technology and personnel， it is difficult to improve the safety management， can not really effectively implement the safety management system， and can not guarantee the safety problems in the construction process. Based on this， in order to minimize safety accidents and reduce safety risks， it is necessary to strengthen safety management to ensure construction civilization and safety.

1 引言

现如今，随着我国社会经济的发展，国家十分重视电网建设并投入了大量的人力、物力、财力，为促进电网供电质量的显著提高就需要对现有的电力工程基础设施进行不断完善。而配电网在实际建设过程中极易出现各种无法避免的问题，如施工现场环境不符合设计方案、施工规划缺乏严谨性、外力影响等，导致在实际施工过程中所面临的安全风险比较高，一不小心就会造成重大事故[1]。基于此，为强化创新施工技术、确保施工技术稳定且可靠，就需要认真做好施工现场管理工作，对现有的安全管理方案进行不断优化，确保各项管理措施与安全施工标准相符，以此才能最大限度地规避施工现场中的安全事故，保证配网施工工作高速、高质量、有序、安全地完成，从而能够满足实际用电所需。
