【摘  要】随着我国经济的快速发展，国家越来越重视建设工程项目管理工作。为进一步完善项目管理模式，势必要根据实际情况了解项目的覆盖范围，以国内经济发展情况为主明确项目建设的相关注意点，在新时代背景下明确建筑行业的优势，将某些外在因素处理掉，根据当前具体情况构建最符合标准的管理模式，树立起最优的目标，确保经济发展的迅速且优质。论文主要针对建设工程项目管理模式进行简要分析并提出合理化建议。

【Abstract】With the rapid development of China's economy， the country attaches more and more importance to the management of construction projects. In order to further improve the project management mode， it is necessary to understand the scope of the project based on the actual situation， clarify the relevant points of attention for project construction based on the domestic economic development， and clarify the advantages of the construction industry in the context of the new era. Some external factors will be dealt with. According to the current specific situation to build the most in line with the standard of management mode， set up the best goal， to ensure the rapid and high-quality economic development. This paper mainly analyzes the construction project management mode and puts forward reasonable suggestions.

1 引言

近年来，我国房地产建筑经济发展备受关注，已经成为国民性的经济支撑性行业。对于该种情况的出现，该行业的人群喜忧参半，前者是源于地产经济的发展会带动建筑行业的前进，后者则重点考虑的是房地产建筑行业面临的挑战变大。由于建筑工程行业与其他商品产品行业存在差异，建设工程质量会直接影响到社会受众的生命财产安全，因此必须要着重重视该方面的工作，立足于建筑行业质量进行简要分析。本文对该项工作进行简单探讨，为同行业提供参考意见。

2 建设工程项目管理基本内容

2.1 内涵

国内的建设工程项目管理大多数是指整个基础工程的全方位管控，在对其进行全方位管控时，需要从公司的招投标环节开展工作，并逐步延伸到房屋设计、工程造价以及施工管理等各项内容，对工程进行全方面管控，才有利于确保工程建筑合格概率的提升。……
