【摘    要】阅读是获取知识、发展思维、获得审美体验、构建积极心理品质的过程。随着我国社会的发展，留守儿童心理健康问题受到了越来越多的关注，而利用丰富的课外阅读，提升留守儿童的情感认知，引导儿童走出消极情绪的困扰，进而塑造积极心理品质则成为教育工作者的期待以及教学研究的重点。本文从课外阅读对培养留守儿童积极心理品质的作用出发，结合语文课外阅读教学实践，探究利用课外阅读促进留守儿童建立积极心理品质的策略。

Extracurricular Reading Promotes the Development of Positive Psychological Quality of Left-behind Children

【Abstract】 Reading is the process of acquiring knowledge， developing thinking， obtaining aesthetic experience， and constructing positive psychological qualities. With the development of our society， the mental health of left-behind children has received more and more attention， and the use of abundant extracurricular reading can enhance the emotional cognition of left-behind children， guide them out of the trouble of negative emotions， and shape positive psychological quality. Become the expectation of educators and the focus of teaching research. This article starts from the effect of extracurricular reading on cultivating the positive psychological quality of left-behind children， combined with the teaching practice of Chinese extracurricular reading， and explores the strategies of using extracurricular reading to promote the positive psychological quality of left-behind children.

隨着我国城市化进程的加快，留守儿童的问题也逐渐突出，这其中留守儿童心理健康问题引起了教育领域的广泛关注。据调查显示，父母常年外出打工，与留守儿童聚少离多，直接的情感沟通较少，远远达不到儿童在成长初期的情感需求，而占绝大比例的隔代教育又有诸多不尽人意之处，这种状况容易导致留守儿童出现焦虑、抑郁、暴躁等心理问题。针对这一情况，教育工作者可以用课外阅读指导的方式，引导留守儿童逐渐形成积极的心理品质，让这些缺少关爱的儿童能够在阅读中获得慰藉，进而产生自我发展、自我超越的渴望，以促进儿童的健康成长。在利用课外阅读促进留守儿童积极心理品质发展的过程中，教育工作者可以从以下几点设计培养策略。
