摘  要：近年来，随着国内信息技术、智能技术飞速的发展。建筑行业逐步向智能化方向发展。同时，随着人们生活水平的提升，人们对自己居住环境也提出了更高的要求，城市的市民不满足于日常的建筑居住功能，要确保建筑有更高的舒适度，安全性。因而，建筑的智能化就成为了建设行业的新发展趋势，智能建筑内部包含了很多的电气设施设备，弱电工程也是建筑中的重要组成。

Common Problems and Preventive Measures in Weak Current System Construction of Intelligent Building

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of domestic information technology and intelligent technology， the construction industry is gradually developing in the direction of intelligence. At the same time， with the improvement of people's living standards， people also put forward higher requirements for their living environment. The citizens of the city are not satisfied with the daily living function of the building， so they should ensure that the building has higher comfort and safety. Therefore， the intelligent building has become the new development trend of the construction industry， intelligent building contains a lot of electrical facilities and equipment， weak current engineering is also an important part of the building.

目前，国内很多城市都涌现出了一大批的智能建筑，这种建筑通过在楼梯口安装更自动化智能化的控制系统，但系统运行比较复杂，弱电设施设备就是智能建筑中的重要组成部分。如果这些弱电设备产生了问题，那么就会影响到整个智能建筑的使用，更严重的话，就会给居民带来很大的生命威胁。

1  智能建筑弱电系统的概述

智能建筑弱电系统包含了两种类型，其中一种是国家规定的安全电压等级以及低电压、低电流、低功耗的电气设备，如应急的照明电源，另一种是包含了可以发送语音、图像数据信息的电气设备，如电视电话。近年来，随着国内科学技术飞速的提升，更多的弱电设施会被应用到建筑中，弱电技术就会影响到整个建筑的智能化水平。通常来讲，弱电设备指的是哪些低压电气设备，包含了工程施工设备的自动化系统、通信系统及办公系统、消防系统及安全管理自动系统。……
