摘  要：近年来，随着我国经济发展步伐的不断加快，生态环境污染形势也变得日益严峻，如何有效解决环境污染问题，已经成为我国经济发展过程中迫切需要解决的首要问题。为了有效遏制环境污染，保护自然生态环境，使人与自然之间得以和谐共处，就必须要将环境监测质量管理工作作为重中之重，通过环境监测质量管理工作来保证环境质量能够控制在理想水平。就目前来看，我国在环境监测质量管理工作中尚有许多问题亟需解决，这些问题极大程度地影响了环境监测质量管理工作的高效开展。为此，有必要针对环境监测质量管理中存在的现有问题，提出相应的解决对策。该文便对环境监测质量管理中存在的问题及对策开展深入的研究。

Abstract： In recent years， with the auelerating the pace of China's economic development， the situation of ecological environment pollution has become increasingly serious. How to effectively solve the problem of environmental pollution has become the primary problem to be solved in the process of China's economic development. In order to effectively curb environmental pollution， protect the natural ecological environment， and make the harmonious coexistence between human and nature， we must take the environmental monitoring quality management as the top priority， and ensure that the environmental quality can be controlled at the ideal level through the environmental monitoring quality management. at present， there are still many problems to be solved in the environmental monitoring quality management in China， which greatly affect the efficient development of environmental monitoring quality management. Therefore， it is necessary to put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems in the quality management of environmental monitoring. In this paper， the environmental monitoring quality management problems and Countermeasures to carry out in-depth research.

以管理學层面来看，质量管理是以某个或某些特定的标准来对产品质量方面予以有效控制，该标准既涉及了目标的制定，也包含质量管理改进、质量方针、质量管理保障、质量管理策划和质量管理控制。在环境监测过程中往往涉及了诸多环节，如现场调查、布点优化、方案筛选、样品运输、综合评价等。对环境监测质量管理工作来说，则需以特定的程序，按照统一的标准规范及技术要求，确保整个监测工作能够得到规范化、科学化的组织与管理。可以说，整个工作从现场调查直至综合评价，其全部过程都是需要环境监测质量管理进行有效贯穿的。……
