摘  要：大数据分析在疫情监测分析、防控救治、资源调配等方面具有重要作用，国家电网四川省电力公司在新冠疫情发生后快速响应，深度挖掘电力大数据富矿，探索电力大数据增值服务，利用电力数据分析四川省“企业复工复产”“农村人员流动”和“商景指数”，并开发相应小程序应用，打造数据服务、产品服务和咨询服务的运营模式，满足各类需求，助力疫情防控、企业复工复产，为政府决策提供有力支撑。

Abstract： Big data analysis plays an important role in epidemic monitoring and analysis， prevention， control and treatment， and resource allocation. 电力数据覆盖区域大、涵盖国民经济行业广，新冠疫情发生以来，国网四川省电力公司充分利用电力数据，积极探索和思考电力数据的应用价值分析。利用大数据技术手段和数据建模分析方法，在“企业复工复产”“乡村居民流动”“商景指数”分析方面，形成一套较为完整的理论和分析方法，并研发出一套相关小程序应用，助力疫情防控、企业复工复产，为政府决策提供有力支撑。该文将从产品设计思路、产品设计原理、产品技术实现方式和产品应用成效等方面简要介绍“复工复产”“乡村居民流动”和“商景指数”数据增值服务产品的成果。
