摘  要：2020年12月9日召开了以“学习革命与高等教育变革”为主题的世界慕课大会。大会旨在应对互联网、虚拟互联时代以及全球肆虐的新冠疫情为全球教育带来的挑战与机遇。《数据库原理》这门课程再次按照世界慕课大会要求以信息技术为手段开展教学改革，以慕课为平台推动《数据库原理》课程的学习革命，以学习革命为基础推动大学教育变革。

Exploration and Prospect of the Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Mode Promoted by the World MOOC

Abstract： On December the 9th of 2020， the World MOOC Congress with the theme of "Learning Revolution and Higher Education Reform" was held. The conference aims to address the challenges and opportunities that the Internet， the age of virtual connectivity and the COVID-19 pandemic have brought to global education. The course "Principles of Database" once again carries out teaching reform by means of information technology as required by the World MOOC; Take MOOC as the platform to promote the learning revolution of "Principles of Database" course and promote the reform of university education on the basis of the learning revolution.

1  选题意义和应用前景

2019年的中国慕课大会以“识变、应变、求变”为主题[1]，回顾和总结了在新一轮科技革命和产业变革浪潮的大背景下，以慕课为代表的教育新形态正在深刻改变中国高等教育的理念、经验和模式，得到了来自联合国教科文组织、全球高校与在线教育平台等机构的高度肯定和认可。

首届世界慕课大会[2]，2020年12月9日～11日，由清华大学与联合国教科文组织教育信息技术研究所联合主办的世界慕课大会在清华大学举行。大会上，世界慕课联盟正式成立，《慕课发展北京宣言》同期发布。首届世界慕课大会主题为“学习革命与高等教育变革[3]”，旨在将全球高校与在线教育平台团结起来，携手应对新冠疫情背景下智能互联网时代对全球教育带来的机遇与挑战，探讨前沿科技在塑造高等教育未来中的作用，共同推动世界范围内慕课与在线教育的建设、应用和共享，促进可持续发展教育目标的实现[3]。……
