摘  要：随着我国社会经济的迅速发展，建筑行业也寻找到了相应的发展契机，各种新型高层建筑越来愈多，这也给我国的防火设计工作增加了一定的难度系数，为了能够保障居住群众的人身财产安全，降低各种火灾问题的发生率，相关设计人员需针对建筑的特点做好全面分区防火设计工作。本文围绕当前建筑防火设计中分区存在的问题展开了探讨，并提出相应的解决建议。

Some Views about Fire Partition in Building Fire Protection Design

Abstract： With the rapid development of our social economy， construction industry also found corresponding development opportunity， all kinds of new high-rise buildings more to the more， it also for fire protection design work in China increased a certain difficulty coefficient， in order to protect the personal property safety of people in living， reduce the incidence of various fire problem， related design personnel should be according to the characteristics of the building to do a good job of comprehensive partition fire protection design. In this paper， the problems existing in the current building fire protection design are discussed， and corresponding solutions are proposed.

1  當前建筑防火设计中分区存在的问题

1.1 防火设计规范不完善

根据实际情况来看，当前我国部分建筑工程设计单位在开展设计工作时，因缺乏相应的规范性，只考虑到了建筑的高度、类别、材料的耐火性能等方面，并未认识到分区设计的重要性，以至于在发生火灾时，无法及时有效地发挥出隔绝作用，导致火情大范围蔓延，给居住群众的人身安全带来巨大的威胁，所带来的财产损失更是无法估量的。而且现阶段一些民用建筑居住人员分布情况较为密集，装修方式具有复杂性等特点，对于此类繁杂性建筑结构需采取相符的防火分区设计方案，若还是采用与简单建筑结构同等的防火设计方案的话，所起到的效用并不明显[1]。

1.2 防火方法与建筑空间功能要求存在矛盾

因各建筑在装修情况、功能上有着较大的差异性，因此在防火分区及防火法上有较大的差异，设计人员在划分区域时，需根据工程的实际情况及发展需求，制定科学合理的防火分区方案。……
