乌桕富根苗及育苗密度研究

摘 要: 对1 a生乌桕苗木开展了GGR6促根处理及苗木培育密度试验。结果表明:GGR6处理能显著增加1 a生苗木Ⅰ级侧根的数量,形成乌桕富根苗;随着单位面积苗木株数的增加,苗木的苗高生长增加但地径生长减小。根据试验结果并结合生产实践,乌桕合适的育苗密度为40株·m-2;因此,适宜的GGR6处理浓度和适当的育苗密度是培育优质乌桕苗的关键。

Abstract: The GGR6 root-promoting treatment and seedling cultivation density experiment were carried out on the 1-year-old tree seedlings of Sapium sebiferum. The results showed that: GGR6 treatment can significantly increase the number of grade I lateral roots of 1-year-old seedlings, forming T. tallow root-rich seedlings; with the increase of the number of seedlings per unit area, the seedling height growth of the seedlings increases but the ground diameter growth decreases and the seedling quality decreases. In combination with production practice, the suitable seedling density of Tallow tree is 40 plants·m-2; therefore, the appropriate GGR6 treatment concentration and the appropriate number of seedlings per unit area are the key to cultivating strong seedlings of Tallow tree with rich roots.

乌桕Sapium sebiferum为大戟科乌桕属落叶乔木,分布于黄河以南各省区,北达陕西、甘肃[1-2]。生长于海拔50~800 m的山谷或山坡混交林种。对土壤要求不严,喜光,耐寒能力较强,并且对二氧化硫抗性很强,是优良的秋色植物和生态林树种,是“四旁”和园林绿化的优良观叶景观树种[3],具有广阔的市场应用前景。
国内外对乌桕的研究大多集中在其生理特性等方面[4-8]。营造乌桕景观林、生态林的一个重要方面是选择壮苗造林,在生产实践中由于没有掌握乌桕育苗关键技术而造成大量次苗、劣苗,以致造林失败[9]。实践表明,只有在密度适宜且用GGR6促根的情况下才能培育出苗干粗壮、根系发达、造林成活率高的优质苗木[10]。因此,GGR6促根和适当的育苗密度是乌桕育苗的关键技术[11-13]。
本试验旨在研究GGR6处理浓度和育苗密度对乌桕苗生长的影响,提出适宜的GGR6浓度和最佳育苗密度,为高质量培育乌桕苗木提供技术支撑。
