摘    要：柴油机是船舶动力装置和电站的原动机，柴油机安全可靠运行对船舶航行安全起着举足轻重的作用。为了避免柴油机发生重大事故，威胁船舶航行安全，现代船舶柴油机设置了操控系统、监视系统、安保系统;对柴油机重要的技术参数进行监测，超过整定值时发出声光报警和启动紧急停车保护动作。因此，船舶轮机管理员和船厂工程技术人员熟悉掌握柴油机安保系统项目和柴油机故障排除方法，尽快排除故障，恢复柴油机正常运行，对保证船舶航行安全具有重要意义。

Case Analysis and Troubleshooting of Emergency Stop of

Marine Diesel Engine

Abstract： Diesel engine is the prime mover of ship power plant and power station. The safe and reliable operation of diesel engine plays an important role in the safety of ship navigation. In order to avoid major accidents of marine diesel engine and threaten the safety of ship navigation， modern marine diesel engine has set up control system， monitoring system and security system. The important technical parameters of the diesel engine are monitored. When the setting value is exceeded， the sound and light alarm will be issued and the emergency stop protection action will be started. Therefore， the ship engineer administrator and shipyard engineering technicians should be familiar with the diesel engine security system and diesel engine troubleshooting method， as soon as possible to troubleshoot， restore the normal operation of diesel engine， which is of great significance to ensure the safety of ship navigation.

1     前言

柴油機广泛应用于船舶工业中，作为船舶动力装置和电站的原动机。柴油机的安全可靠运行对船舶航行安全起着举足轻重的作用。船舶柴油机系统，通常由柴油机、控制系统及其辅助系统构成：柴油机主要运动部件有气缸、活塞、曲轴和连杆等;控制系统主要包括操控系统、监视系统、安保系统;辅助系统主要包括润滑油系统、燃油系统、冷却系统和空气增压系统等。由于柴油机系统的复杂性，引起柴油机故障有多种多样。这些故障轻则影响柴油机的经济性，重则导致柴油机发生重大事故，严重威胁船舶的航行安全。

2     柴油机的安全保护

为了避免船舶柴油机发生重大事故，威胁船舶航行安全，现代船舶柴油机设置了操控系统、监视系统、安保系统;对柴油机的技术参数进行监测，超过整定值时发出声光报警;对一些特别重要的技术参数超过整定值时，除发出声光报警外，还会启动紧急停车保护。……
