摘  要：创新能力是一个民族乃至一个国家发展的灵魂，创新意识提出之后，社会各个行业也都在不断改革，力求通过创新促使行业的发展。而在图书馆管理工作中，也要坚持创新意识为主要领导意识，并且在此过程中，从图书馆馆长到每一个职工都应当以创新意识发展自己，不断总结同行的先进管理理念，创新自己的管理手段。通过引进先进的管理设备等，促进图书馆管理的有效执行。创新意识体现在很多地方，比如先进的制度制定，优化的环境，人性化的岗位管理策略等，这就要求图书馆管理人员应当针对不同年龄的阅读者的要求，在实际管理工作中坚持创新意识。本文笔者从不同角度详细阐述了创新意识在图书馆管理工作中的具体应用，希望为图书馆相关工作人员提供有力的帮助。

Research on the Practical Application of Innovation Consciousness in Library Management

Abstract： Innovation ability is the soul of the development of a nation and even a country. After the innovation consciousness was put forward， all sectors of the society are constantly reforming， striving to promote the development of the industry through innovation. In the library management work， we should also adhere to the innovation consciousness as the main leadership consciousness， and in this process， from the library director to every staff should develop themselves with the innovation consciousness， constantly summarize the advanced management concepts of the peers， and innovate their own management methods. Through the introduction of advanced management equipment， promote the effective implementation of library management. Innovation consciousness is reflected in many places， such as advanced system formulation， optimized environment， humanized post management strategy， etc.， which requires library managers to adhere to the innovation consciousness in the actual management according to the requirements of readers of different ages. The author of this paper expounds the specific application of innovation consciousness in library management from different angles， hoping to provide powerful help for the relevant library staff.

传统的图书馆管理以及建设中普遍存在枯燥单一的特点，图书馆的发展方向也定位不清楚。而随着社会的不断发展和改革，图书馆管理以及服务也成为人们衡量一个图书馆工作效率的最大因素。针对这样的现象，作为图书馆管理者，首先要树立终身学习意识，不断学习现代化先进的管理思想，注重管理的更新，并且在实际管理过程中要提升自己的创新意识，不断探索寻求最好的管理方法。管理者也应当打破传统的管理方法，保持创新以及积极心态，挖掘新形式的管理动力，使用创新意识，不断促进管理策略的完善与科学，最终形成创新的图书馆管理理念。……
