摘要：当前和今后一个时期，我国正日益走近世界舞台中央，但职业教育的发展相对滞后，面临一系列问题叠加，一定程度上制约了社会经济的发展。实施政府主导下的多方联动工程，深化政、产、学、研合作，开展职业教育社会培训、技能等级鉴定、技术和科研成果转化，提升职业教育为社会经济发展的服务能力，特别是为当地经济发展服务是今后职业教育的发展方向^[1]。

Abstract： At present and for a period of time in the future， China is getting closer to the center of the world stage， but the development of vocational education is relatively lagging behind， facing a series of superimposed problems， which restrict the development of social economy to a certain extent.In the future， the development direction of vocational education is to implement the "government-enterprise-school-research" linkage project， and deepen the cooperation between government， industry， academia， and research， and carry out vocational education and social training， skill level appraisal， technology and scientific research results transformation， and improve the service ability of vocational education for society and enterprises， especially for local Economic development services.

0 引言

职业教育是跨界的教育类型，需要政府、行业、社会和学校共同参与。因此，科学合理的资源整合和配置以适应新形势下职业教育发展是当务之急。

1 职业教育现状

隨着国家系列职教政策的出台，越来越多的人认识到职业教育对社会经济发展的作用，职业教育迎来了发展的黄金时期。

1.1 职业教育保障水平稳步提升

随着《国家职业教育改革实施方案》（职教20条）的出台，把职业教育摆在经济社会发展的突出位置，国家加大了对职业教育的投入，各地政府为了提升职业院校办学职业教育发展水平，改善办学条件，建设国家级、省级改革发展示范校以及打造国家和省级品牌专业，通过各种渠道筹措资金，保障职业教育的资金投入。

1.2教师队伍建设工作取得很大进展

国家公办职业学校已通过编制部门对学校编制进行了重新核定，并逐步形成了职业学校教师补充机制。近年来公办职业院校按照国家规定的师生比招录部分专业教师。……
