摘 要：新密市刘寨镇某住宅区由24栋13层住宅楼、开闭所及地下车库等附属建筑物组成。利用钻孔标贯试验、静力触探试验、波速测试、室内试验等手段，查明了该住宅区岩土工程地质条件。本文对场区岩土工程进行了分析与评价，对住宅楼采用钻孔灌注桩基础适宜性进行分析评价。

Analysis and Evaluation of Geotechnical Engineering

in the Detailed Investigation Phase of Residential District

Abstract： A residential area in Liuzhai town of Xinmi City is composed of 24 13 storey residential buildings， switching station， underground garage and other ancillary buildings. By means of drilling standard penetration test， static cone penetration test， wave velocity test and indoor test， the geotechnical engineering geological conditions of the residential area were found out. This paper analyzed and evaluated the geotechnical engineering of the site， and analyzed and evaluated the suitability of bored pile foundation for residential buildings.

1 岩土工程勘察概况

拟建的建设项目场地位于新密市刘寨镇东南，工程由24栋13层住宅楼、开闭所及地下车库等附属建筑物组

成，整个场地有一层地下车库。依据《岩土工程勘察规范（2009版）》（GB 50021—2001）、《建筑地基基础设计规范》（GB 50007—2011）标准，本工程地基按中等地基复杂程度考虑。勘探点按建筑物周边、角点布置，钻孔间距一般为15.0～27.4 m，共布置勘探孔263个。根据场区附近资料，本场地住宅楼按复合地基或桩基础考虑，住宅楼孔深度取25.0～40.0 m，开闭所、地下车库孔深均取15.0 m，另外布置取方块样探井23个。

2 地形地貌及地层岩性

勘察场地位于新密市刘寨镇东南，地貌单元属丘陵区，地面标高为189.4～197.4 m。场区在勘探深度70.0 m范围内地层为第四系土层及第三系软岩层，具有土岩双层结构。地层岩性上部覆盖层主要为杂填土、粉土、粉质黏土，下部巖层主要为砂岩、黏土岩。依其时代、岩性和工程地质特征，自上而下分为10个岩土体单元，分述如下。

第①层杂填土（Q）：褐黄～褐红色，湿，结构松散，成分主要为粉土、粉质黏土，含有砖块、石块等杂物。该层为2010 年后平整场地堆填，揭露厚度一般为0.6～25.4 m，层底埋深为0.6～25.4 m。……
