摘 要：电子产品、家用电器以及交通工具等领域朝着智能化和电动化方向发展，电池应用场景越来越丰富。但电池自身的能量属性导致各类火灾事故频出，电池的安全性能改善与灭火技术应用成为热门的研究方向。为了探讨电池火灾灭火技术的发展方向和研究动态，统计了电池火灾灭火技术专利申请情况，研判了电池火灾灭火技术专利技术演进路线，旨在为相关研究人员提供参考。

Abstract： Electronic products， household appliances， vehicles and other fields are developing towards the direction of intelligent and electric， and battery application scenarios are becoming more and more abundant. However， the energy properties of the battery lead to all kinds of fire accidents frequently， so the improvement of the safety performance of the battery and the application of fire extinguishing technology become a hot research direction. In order to explore the development direction and research trends of battery fire extinguishing technology， the patent applications of battery fire extinguishing technology were counted， and the evolution route of battery fire extinguishing technology patent technology was studied， so as to provide reference for relevant researchers.

近几年，电子产品、家用电器以及交通工具等电动化和智能化发展趋势加快，特别是电动汽车和电动自行车市场占用率持续增加[1-5]。电子产品、电动工具以及电动交通工具等核心部件电池的安全是制约电动化发展的关键要素之一，电池自身的能量属性导致各类火灾事故频出，提升电池的安全性能和研发针对性的电池灭火装置成为热点研究方向[6-10]。为了探讨电池火灾灭火技术的发展方向和研究动态，统计了电池火灾灭火技术专利申请情况，研判了电池火灾灭火技术专利技术演进路线，旨在为相关研究人员提供参考。

结合国内外电池火灾灭火技术研究文献，分析了当前电池火灾灭火技术进展情况。此外，采用国家知识产权局专利检索与服务系统分析了电池火灾灭火技术全球专利申请情况。本文采用的专利文献数据主要来自国家知识产权局专利检索与服务系统（简称S系统），检索数据库包括DWPI、SIPOABS以及CNABS。……
