[摘    要]我国信息化技术快速发展的过程中，各行各业都开始应用自仪表自动化设备，其运行质量直接影响整体运行速度和效果，甚至决定着企业的生产质量、水平。只有合理开展维护工作，预防出现故障问题，才能保证化工仪表自动化设备的稳定与良好运行。基于此，研究了预防性维护措施在化工仪表自动化设备中的应用，提出几点针对性的意见和建议，旨在增强化工仪表自动化设备的应用效果。

[Abstract]In the process of rapid development of information technology in China， all walks of life have begun to apply self instrument automation equipment， but its operation quality directly affects the overall operation speed and effect， and even determines the production quality and level of enterprises. Only by reasonably carrying out maintenance work and preventing failure problems， can the stable and good operation of chemical instrument automation equipment be ensured . Based on this， this paper studies the application of preventive maintenance measures in chemical instrument automation equipment， and puts forward some targeted opinions and suggestions， aiming to provide guarantee for enhancing the application effect of chemical instrument automation equipment.

化工儀表自动化设备运行的过程中采用预防性的维护方式，可以提前预防故障问题，合理地开展维护工作，在降低化工自动化仪表设备故障问题发生率的同时保证相关预防性维护工作的效果和水平，通过规范化的方式增强预防性维护效果，保证相关化工自动化仪表的安全使用。

1 化工仪表自动化设备的故障问题分析

化工仪表自动化设备应用和运作期间，经常会发生故障问题，主要的问题表现为：①温度显示设备与系统存有故障，主要表现在温度显示的数值偏高或是偏低，出现温度偏差的情况下，很难保证温度的准确性、精确度，难以有效进行温度的管控，对振头设备的良好运转也会产生不利影响。而且在温度仪表运作期间，一旦发生故障问题，也可能会引发指示方面的波动现象，原因就是设备在运行期间有工艺性的偏差和误差问题，设备也非常容易发生老化的问题。……
