[摘    要]PLC控制系统主要是利用网络等技术，对相应的工业活动进行数字化处理的技术。PLC系统现阶段被广泛地应用在我国的汽车行业中，其系统的应用优势也比较明显，该系统的安装流程比较简单，可以随时对系统进行调试，自身的精准程度比较高，具有一定的高效性，该系统的程序编辑设计能完美地避开其操作方式的影响，所使用的范围也比较广，在我国的自动化行业中获得了一致好评，PLC控制系统的应用可以提升其设备的管理控制水平，有利于推动我国电气自动化行业的发展。

[Abstract]PLC control system mainly uses network and other technologies to digitally process the corresponding industrial activities. The PLC system is widely used in Chinas automobile industry at this stage， and its application advantages are also obvious. The installation process of the system is relatively simple， and the system can be debugged at any time. It has a relatively high degree of accuracy and has a certain degree of accuracy. High efficiency， the program editing design of the system can perfectly avoid the influence of its operation mode， and the range of use is relatively wide. It has won unanimous praise in the automation industry of our country. The application of the PLC control system can optimize the performance of its equipment. The level of management control has promoted the development of China's electrical automation industry.

科学技术是第一生产力，PLC技术作为一种前沿技术，凭借其独特的优势被广泛应用于电气工程自动化控制中，有利于改善传统技术不足，提升生产效率和经济效益。尤其是当前工业化进程不断加快下，依托于PLC技术辅助技术人员及时发现和解决故障隐患，减少人为因素的干扰影响，推动电气工程建设和发展。现代社会飞快发展，技术不断推陈出新，以往电气自动化控制技术局限性较大，受人为因素影响较大，难以满足工业化发展需求。自动化水平直接关系到国家的综合实力，提升自动化控制水平，大力推行和应用PLC技术是必然选择。PLC技术具有较强的适应性和可靠性，在电气工程自动化控制中应用可以实现集中统一管控，无论是一条生产线还是多台设备，都可以借助PLC技术进行自动化控制，一旦发现异常及时上报相关人员，可以显著提升生产效率。……
