摘  要： 甘肃民族师范学院地处甘南藏区，藏汉双语教学是学校的一大特色，涉及多个学科专业。文章从学生个性化角度入手，探索满足教学需求、适合藏汉双语学生的教学策略。从教学模式构建、课程结构改革、师资队伍建设、教学环节设计以及实践教学几个方面，研究解决如何不断提高藏汉双语教学效果、提升藏汉双语教学质量，达到培养合格人才、服务地方经济的办学目标这个地方民族本科院校亟待解决的难题。

Abstract： Gansu Normal University for Nationalities is located in the Gannan Tibetan area， and bilingual teaching of Tibetan and Chinese is a major feature of the university， involving many disciplines and specialties. For the individuality of students， this paper explores the teaching strategies that meet the teaching needs and are suitable for Tibetan Chinese bilingual students. From the aspects of construction of teaching mode， the reform of curriculum structure， the construction of teaching staff， the design of teaching links and the practical teaching， this paper studies how to improve the effect of Tibetan Chinese bilingual teaching， improve the quality of Tibetan Chinese bilingual teaching， and achieve the goal of training qualified talents and serving the local economy， which is the urgent problem to be solved in the local ethnic colleges and universities.

0 引言

國务院《“十三五”促进民族地区和人口较少民族发展规划》中，对“民汉双语人才培养”和“双语人才队伍建设”等工作提出了明确要求，而高校是人才培养的主阵地。随着民族地区社会发展的升级和转型，民族地区对人才的要求也不断提高，民族地区各行业不但需要民族语和汉语人才，还需要其具备一定方向能力、服务于某个经济部门或行业的人才。然而当前有关高校的民族相关专业建设和人才培养体系不同程度的存在着不能完全适应民族地区社会的发展需求和民族学生就业困难等问题[1]。甘肃民族师范学院目前作为甘肃一所民族本科院校，藏汉双语作为特色，专业建设的好坏对服务地方经济的需求来说至关重要。为此，本文从个性化学习视角，探索提升藏汉双语教学的有效策略。
