摘要：从物联网教育现状分析出发，探索培养物联网卓越工程师人才的有效模式。柳州工学院通过深化校企合作，创新教学模式，从人才培养方案的制定、课程体系建设、教学资源建设、师资培养、理论课、实训课、实习等环节进行重构，形成物联网专业创新型、工程型人才培养新模式。改革取得了良好的成效，为工科专业培养卓越工程师提供借鉴。

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the current situation of Internet of Things education， the effective mode of training excellent engineers in the Internet of Things is explored.By deepening school-enterprise cooperation and innovating teaching mode， Liuzhou Institute of Technology reconstructs the personnel training program formulation， curriculum system construction， teaching resources construction， teacher training， theory courses， practical courses， practice and other links to form a new innovative and engineering talent training mode of the Internet of Things.The reform has achieved good results and provided reference for training excellent engineers in engineering specialty.

1引言

2019年4月教育部启动“六卓越一拔尖”2.0计划，全面推进新工科建设，要求深化工程教育改革，提高高校服务经济社会发展能力，为提升国家硬实力和国际竞争力加快培养卓越工程科技人才，打造世界工程创新中心和人才高地[1]。卓越计划2.0是对我国高等教育质量的新要求新定位和全面提升。

目前，我国物联网产业蓬勃发展，产业规模越来越大，人才需求量越来越多，根据中科院物联网研究发展中心的数据，在未来几年，智能领域的人才需求量将会在20万以上。而全国每年物联网毕业生不足10万，明显供不应求。然而，一方面人才紧缺，一方面企业的技术负责人却感叹：物联网工程师真的紧缺，大学毕业生根本没办法直接上岗，招聘进来的物联网专业毕业生还要重新培训才能适应工作[2]。物联网专业如何培养出符合社会要求的工程师人才？这是高校物联网教育工作者要研究的问题。本文从物联网教育现状出发，以柳州工学院物联网专业人才培养模式为例，探索教学模式、人才培养方案、校企合作模式几个方面的工作，提出面向地方经济培养物联网卓越工程师的方法。……
