摘要 [目的]研究保润包装对卷烟物理保湿和防潮性能的影响。[方法]分别模拟储存及开包抽吸过程中保润包装和常规包装卷烟在不同极端环境下烟丝水分的变化，用水分变化率来评价卷烟的物理保润性能。[结果]在储存（小盒未拆开）时，保润包装和常规包装卷烟的保湿、防潮能力无明显差异;在开包抽吸（拆开小盒）时，保润包装卷烟的保湿、防潮能力显著高于常规包装;无论小盒是否拆开，储存前期卷烟水分的变化均快于储存后期，且水分散失率整体大于水分吸收率。[结论]采用保润包装可以显著提高小盒拆开后卷烟的物理保润性能。

Abstract [Objective]To study the effects of moisture retaining packaging on the physical moisture retaining and moisture resistance properties of cigarettes.[Method]The variations of moisture content in tobacco in cigarettes under moisture retaining packaging and conventional packaging models under different extreme environments during the process of simulated storage，unpacking and smoking were studied. The moisture change rate was used to evaluate the physical moisture retaining properties of cigarettes.[Result]When stored in unopened box， there was no obvious difference in moisture retention and moisture resistance between the moisturizing package and the conventional package.When the package was opened （the small box was unwrapped）， the moisture retention and moisture resistance of the package was significantly higher than that of the conventional package.Whether the small box was opened or not， the water content changed faster in the early storage period than that in the later storage period， and the overall water loss rate was greater than the water absorption rate.[Conclusion]The moisture retaining packaging could significantly improve the physical moisture retaining properties of cigarette when the small box was opened.

随着“高质量发展”理念在整个烟草行业的推进，一大批具有创新性的理念、技术和方法在卷烟产品中得到应用，保润包装就是其中的一种。目前，有关卷烟保润性能的研究主要集中在卷烟材料和保润剂上[1-7]，而非包装形式上。能够反复开启的特殊结构增加了产品的个性化和多样化，近年来受到卷烟生产企业和卷烟辅料厂家的关注，有关保润包装的专利层出不穷，目前已经公开的专利有10多件[8-17]，这些专利中均提出保润包对烟支有保湿、防潮作用，但并无保湿、防潮效果说明。保润包已经在部分卷烟产品中得到应用，但针对保润包的保湿、防潮能力研究尚未见报道。……
