摘要 以宜兴市芳桥街道作为案例地，采用问卷调查等研究方法，深入分析当地乡村旅游资源情况、乡村旅游发展现状及存在的问题。探索了“两山理论”视域下乡村旅游绿色发展模式，以期为构建“两山理论”视域下乡村旅游绿色发展模式提供参考。

The Green Developing Mode of Rural Tourism from the Perspective of “Two Mountains Theory”

Abstract Taking Fangqiao Street in Yixing City as an example， this paper uses questionnaire survey and other research methods to analyze the local rural tourism resources， rural tourism development status and existing problems. This paper explores the green development model of rural tourism from the perspective of “two mountains theory”， in order to provide reference for the construction of green development model of rural tourism from the perspective of “two mountains theory”.

乡村旅游是乡村振兴的重要组成部分及发展原动力，近年来很多乡村发展成为旅游目的地，带动地方百姓脱贫致富，助力乡村振兴战略。在乡村旅游不断发展的过程中，也出现了村貌建设过于商业化、乡村体验活动形式化、本土文化挖掘失真、乡村生态环境破坏等问题。如何贯彻绿色可持续发展理念，协同乡村旅游资源开发与保护，乡土文化挖掘与传承，实现一二三产与乡村旅游绿色可持续发展，已然成为诸多学者的研究热点，备受关注。

乡村旅游的绿色发展模式一直是乡村基层政府关注的焦点，工作的难点。以宜兴市芳桥街道为例，采用问卷调查等研究方法，深入分析当地乡村旅游资源情况、乡村旅游发展现状及面临的困境，探索“两山理论”视域下乡村旅游的绿色发展模式。

1 “两山理论”与乡村旅游绿色发展

2005年8月，习近平同志在考察浙江安吉余村时提出了“绿水青山就是金山银山”的理念（简称“两山理论”），历经多年发展，“两山理论”得到不断深化及完善（图1）。“两山理论”这一科学论断明确了生态环境保护与社会经济可持续发展的辩证统一关系[1]。……
