【摘  要】从整体情况来看，在河南省的各类产业中，支柱产业便包括制造业。就河南省而言，要实现高质量发展，需要在制造业方面实现绿色转型升级，解决绿色转型过程中存在的问题与不足，如产业结构不够科学合理、创新力度不足等，同时，提出和落实应对策略。鉴于此，论文重点分析高质量发展下河南制造业绿色转型的问题以及对策。

【Abstract】From the overall situation， among all kinds of industries in Henan Province， the pillar industries include the manufacturing industry. For Henan Province， in order to achieve high quality development， Henan Province needs to achieve green transformation and upgrading in the manufacturing industry， solve the problems and deficiencies existing in the process of green transformation， such as the industrial structure is not scientific and reasonable， the innovation is not enough， and so on. At the same time， Henan Province needs to put forward and implement countermeasures. In view of this， this paper emphatically analyzes the problems and countermeasures of green transformation of the manufacturing industry in Henan under the high quality development.

1 引言

在河南省的现代化经济体系中，制造业发挥着至关重要的作用和影响，从某种程度上来说制造业已经主导了国民经济的增长。在现代化经济发展背景下，对制造业提出了更高的要求，需要实现高质量发展。在这样的时代背景下，针对河南制造业来说，需要做到与时俱进，针对自身的资源利用效率进行有效提升，加大创新力度，着重做好融资等方面的工作，以此促进制造业实现绿色转型升级，实现更加良好的发展，进而为河南省的持续稳定发展提供必要条件。据此，有必要针对河南省制造业绿色转型过程中存在的问题和对策进行探讨。

2 河南制造业绿色转型中存在的主要问题

2.1 创新力度不够，核心竞争力和影响力不強

在高质量发展的要求之下，针对河南省制造业的绿色转型发展而言，需要进一步加大绿色发展的动力，在创新驱动方面着重加强，只有这样才能促进制造业绿色转型升级，获得更大的经济发展动力。……
