【摘  要】财务报表是企业经营管理过程当中帮助企业管理者作出决策的重要依据和关键要素。随着时代的不断发展，在当前企业管理过程中开展财务报表的编制以及分析时，相关人员应注重从管理的角度出发编制财务报表，直观地反映企业的经营变化和业绩情况。论文从新时代的管理视角出发，对财务报表的编制以及对应的分析进行研究和探讨，并提出管理策略，希望为有关从业人员提供一些参考借鉴。

【Abstract】Financial statement is an important basis and key element to help enterprise managers make decisions in the process of enterprise operation and management. With the continuous development of the times， when carrying out the compilation and analysis of financial statements in the process of current enterprise management， relevant personnel should pay attention to the compilation of financial statements from the perspective of management to directly reflect the operation changes and performance status of the enterprise. From the management perspective in the new era， this paper studies and discusses the compilation of financial statements and the corresponding analysis， and puts forward management strategies， hoping to provide some reference for the relevant practitioners.

1 财务报表编制和分析概述

当前，企业在经营和发展当中的综合竞争越来越激烈，在市场压力越来越大的情况下，企业需要更深层次地提升财务报表的编制和分析效率，只有进一步重视企业的财务管理，才能够进一步提升企业的综合竞争实力。从一般意义上讲，现代企业发展过程当中的活动可以分为金融以及对应的经营活动。金融活动在一定的概念上是指现代企业发展过程当中，以筹资、投资或对闲置资金的整体处理为主的活动，实际上是指相关的企业在经营管理过程当中的资金统筹工作。对应的经营活动是指现代企业进行一定的产品运作、产品研发以及营销等工作。为能够更加直观且高效科学地感受到企业的实际运行状态，从企业管理的角度出发，进行财务报表的编制和分析，可以高效地发现金融活动以及对应的产品的运行情况。……
