【摘  要】近年来，在我国经济持续发展的支持下，建筑业取得了显著成绩，建筑工程规模不断扩大，质量显著提高。但是，快速的发展也伴随着复杂问题的不断出现，传统的建筑工程管理模式无法适应当前行业的发展速度。因此，需要改进和优化项目管理方法，以更加科学合理地提高项目质量，降低项目成本，提高企业的经济效益。论文对建筑工程经济在工程项目管理中的应用进行论述，以期加快我国工程管理的优化速度，提高建筑工程的经济效益。

【Abstract】In recent years， with the support of the sustained development of China's economy， the construction industry has made remarkable achievements. The scale of construction engineering has been constantly expanding and the quality has been improved significantly. However， the rapid development is accompanied by the continuous emergence of complex problems， the traditional construction engineering management mode can not adapt to the current development speed of the industry. Therefore， it is necessary to improve and optimize the project management methods to improve the project quality more scientifically and reasonably， reduce the project cost and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise. This paper discusses the application of construction engineering economy in project management， so as to speed up the optimization of engineering management in China and improve the economic benefits of construction engineering.

1 引言

近年来，在我国建筑业的发展过程中，工程已开始朝着生态化的方向发展和壮大，但随之而来的是越来越复杂的工程项目。由于激烈的市场竞争，完全竞争领域中的建筑公司面临着产业竞争加剧、利润降低、成本管理压力增加等不利因素，工程项目的经济管理逐渐成为建筑项目管理的關键。这就需要在项目建设过程中采用更合理、更科学的管理方法，更好地适应当前的行业形势，降低项目经济成本，提高项目的综合管理水平。这样，建筑行业就可以缩短与世界范围内发达国家的差距，使我国的建设项目管理更加长期稳定地发展。

2 工程项目管理的现状

与传统管理模式相比，我国的施工项目管理取得了长足的进步，科学管理的目标已基本实现。但是，建设项目管理中仍然存在一系列问题，这将对我国工程项目的经济效益产生一定的负面影响，这也将阻碍我国建筑业整体能力的提高。……
