【摘  要】在道德与法治教育的发展过程中，“培养”一直是出现频率很高的词，高效、速成、快餐式导致道德与法治教育缺少了“悟”的过程。学生的培养更加需要真心的陪伴，在陪伴中体验、感悟、启心，教师应顺应学生的成长规律，让学生慢慢走，慢慢悟，慢慢长，这样的陪伴才能在学生心中打下深刻的烙印。从而回应时代思想文化建设的主旋律，培养担当民族复兴大任的时代新人，完成新时代学校德育的使命。

【Abstract】In the development process of morality and the rule of law， "cultivation" has always been a word with high frequency. It is efficient， quick and fast， resulting in the lack of a process of "enlightenment" in moral and legal education. The cultivation of students needs more sincere companionship. To experience， feel and enlighten in the companionship， teachers should let go of the dignity of the teacher， conform to the growth law of students， walk slowly， realize slowly， and grow slowly. Only this kind of companionship can be among the students，deeply imprinted in my heart. Thus responding to the main theme of the ideological and cultural construction of the times， and cultivating newcomers of the times who are responsible for the great task of national rejuvenation， has become the mission of school moral education in the new era.

随着社会生活节奏加快，在“培养”的高频率、高动态下，信息量增加，大量的新事物出现，影响着教育的步伐。越来越扭曲的德育观导致个性化纷乱，那匆忙奔波的脚步，一闪而过的教育良机，无暇顾及的学生生命样态。正所谓慢工出细活，“好的教育肯定是慢的”。学校的思政教育、学生的品德养成，其真谛就在那一招一式、一点一滴、一张一弛的生活积淀中。唯有文火慢炖，让教育多一些陪伴，让品德自然地发生、发芽、发展。

一、从说教作用转向体验作用

现如今，大部分的学生对于教师仍然保持敬畏心，不愿意与教师进行主动交流。主要是因为大部分教师只关心教学成绩，忙于提升教学质量，从而忽视了学生真正需要什么。而且在实际教育工作中，教师往往会忽略学生的个体差异以及成长规律，只一味地依据大部分学生的学习进度，无法做到顺应大部分学生身心健康成长发展规律。……
