摘    要：学习型组织理论主要来自于彼得·圣吉的《第五项修炼》，其致力于群体智力的提升。班级作为学习为主的组织，运用学习型组织理论打造学习型班级成为教学模式探索的一个重要方向。本研究以大理农林职业技术学院中德项目为基础，运用学习型组织理论，通过翻转课堂，让学生掌握学习方法及学习型班级建设的操作流程，再通过企业课堂及专业课程教学进行刻意练习，开展了为期1年的学习型班级建设行动探究。结果表明，学习型班级建设一方面有助于学生学习方式的转变及综合素质的提升，另一方面有助于教师教学模式的转变及辅导员班级管理能力的提升，亦对良好学风、教风、班风的形成极为有利。综上所述，学习型班级的推进切实可行，为农林类高职院校学习型班级建设提供了一种范式。

Abstract： The theory of learning organization mainly comes from "Peter Senge's The Fifth Discipline"， which was dedicated to the improvement of group intelligence. Class is a learning oriented organization. Using learning organization theory to build learning class is becoming an important direction of teaching mode exploration. Based on the Sino German project of Dali Vocational and Technical College of Agriculture and Forestry， a one-year study of class construction action was carried out， the learning group was established by using the learning organization theory， which the students could master the learning methods and the operation process of the construction of learning class by flipping the classroom， and then they could practice deliberately through the enterprise classroom and professional courses. The results showed that the construction of learning class was conducive to the transformation of students' learning style and the improvement of their comprehensive ability， the transformation of teachers' teaching mode， the improvement of counselors' class management ability， and the formation of a good style of study， teaching and class. Comprehensively， the promotion of learning class was practical and feasible， which could provide a paradigm for the construction of learning class in agricultural and forestry vocational colleges.

關于终身学习及学习型社会，在党的十六大至十九大中都有重要的论述。如党的十六大和十七大提出建设全民学习、终身学习的学习型社会[1-2];党的十八大提出，“完善终身教育体系，建设学习型社会”[3];十九大提出“办好继续教育，加快建设学习型社会，大力提高国民素质”[4]。可见，国家对学习型社会建设极为重视。学习型组织理论主要来自于彼得·圣吉的《第五项修炼》[5]，其主要涵盖“自我超越”、“改善心智模式”、“建立共同愿景”、“团队学习”、“系统思考”等5项管理技巧，试图通过相关技巧来提升组织运作的“群体智力”。……
